The OC Way

Step 1

The OC Strategy session is a complimentary 1-on-1 meeting with the Founder, and Head Trainer at OC Fit, Dan Drynan, where you two will dig into your health and fitness history and current goals to determine the best path of action to streamline your success! You will walk away with a sound understanding as to where you might have gone wrong in the past, and more importantly, you will leave the confidence that you now know your path to successfully hit your goal!!!

Step 2

Attend your Nutrition Onramp. you and your personal 1-on-1 Accountability Coach will meet to record your body composition stats, take measurements, take your “before” pic, and more importantly explain Phase 1 of your nutrition plan so that you will be walking out and heading to the grocery store with your meal plan, and grocery list in hand and ready to kick ass!!

Step 3

Show up to Day 1 of your workouts

PRIVATE TRAINING

Enjoy the ENTIRE gym to yourself!! Plus, reap all the benefits of a completely CUSTOM program with workouts and a nutrition plan designed specifically for you and your goals! Your trainer will be your own 1-on-1 Accountability coach for the +165 hrs/week you’re not in the gym, making sure you stick to the plan you build together!!

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

The same CUSTOMIZED program with workouts and nutrition plan designed specifically for you and your goals, and your own PERSONAL accountability coach in your back pocket!…the ONLY difference between private and semi-private options is we share the gym and trainer with 2-3 other clients in the semi, BUT AT HALF THE COST!!! BOOM! (insert mic drop)
